Who am I

Lia Aarsbergen

After starting as a teacher, later studying Social Pedagogy and an education for Gestalttherapy, I formed my own Practice for Counseling - Training - Psychotherapy in 1988. As from 1994 this was expanded to include coaching, supervision and education.

I work both with individuals and groups, give lectures in Universities and cooperate with trainers and teachers from a.o. Germany and the United States, especially with regard to awareness, a form of awakening, not only of the mind, but also of the own body and the emotions. I am a Guesttrainer for various training institutes and for many years I take care of training-and coaching-programs for profit-and non-profit organizations concerning personal efficiency, managementtraining, teambuilding, company care and counseling.

A.o. I am a certified supervisor for the NVAGT(Dutch/Flemish Association for Gestalttherapy and Gestalttheory) and a certified member of the EAGT (European Association of Gestalt Therapists).
