Individual therapy is very suitable to look in a very quiet way for your patterns, your way of limiting, your qualities and your traps and especially to learn to be aware of your body and emotions.
The Gestalt-approach is not only a method to look at your problem, but especially emphasizes the way you are dealing with it, what you experience and the meaning you are giving it.
In a creative way you learn to handle your problem and you also learn to re-new the contact with your own feelings. In many cases 'unfinished business' from the past can be an obstacle for being in the present.
The frequency and the number of sessions are very individually and depend on what you need. Experience shows that clients often start with weekly sessions of 50 minutes and after some time,and in consultation with the client 1 session per 2 or 3 weeks can be sufficient.
